We started our copywrite and editing operation in late 2014 with the mission of providing the small business community (including start-ups), with a writing service that is responsive, effective, professional and distinctively “budget-friendly”.
PRICING
Our pricing is essentially at a "below wholesale" level - our clients will tell you how extremely fair with pricing we are. We are generous and we don’t “nit-pick” about hours or fees. Some pricing examples:

Business plans - "lean" plans for $45, small (less than 12 text pages) $60 to $80, typical (18 to 25 text pages)  $90 to $150, and larger, more complex plans as negotiated. - PLEASE NOTE: Other than "lean", all business plans come with proper and complete 36 Months Financial Projections and financial  synopsis (including cash flows), opening balance sheet and graphs!)

.Website material - from $60 to $150, depending on number of topics and degree of content desired by the client - PLEASE NOTE: images included according to client's preferences! 

Brochures - $60 to $150 depending on degree of content and number of images

Letters - (formal, legal) - from $20 (1 to 2 pages)   

OUR PROCESS
We conduct a FREE initial interview with each client (online or telephone) in order to determine the scope, complexity, goals and intended reader(s) of the particular project. We then provide a proposed project outline which includes strategies, components of the material and anticipated amount of work required as well as total cost involved. All of this is provided at no cost to the client. We have also done many projects at an agreed upon flat fee.
If you have a budget in mind and don't know if we would be able to accommodate you, just make us a proposal and we'll sort out how we can work together and get things done that will accommodate what you need!

PAYMENT
Once a client has authorized the project outline and ratified the initial 3 pages of the business plan (being the Cover Page, Notice to Reader and Table of Contents), an initial deposit / work fee of one- third of the total fee is payable.  Subsequently, another one-third is due when up to and including the Marketing and Sales section has been completed, and the final one-third is due when up to and including Draft One of the Financial Projections has been completed. Clients are furnished with regular updates and incidental changes are accommodated per the client’s wishes, at no extra charge. N.B. - Smaller projects are most welcome, with pricing being customized to the particular needs (example: we have done several letters at a flat fee of $20.00, with this $20.00 being payable upon the client’s “okay” of our preliminary summary outlining the content and style of the letter).    
When we conclude a project and our client comes back for incidental changes or brief editing of the finished product, we provide these at NO CHARGE . Any other added initiatives to the project are negotiated according to what is required, and as mutually agreed upon. When our clients duly authorize us to do a project and we comply, payment, as specified above, is immediately due unless otherwise agreed upon.
